Flight itinerary details

Day 1: Welcome to Egypt - Cairo.
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a ReginaTravel.com representative will meet you and assist you through passport control, baggage claim, and customs procedures, offering you gracious hospitality as you travel to Egypt.
You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in, relaxation at your Cairo hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Day trip to Cairo. - Train to Aswan.
Have breakfast at your hotel and meet your tour guide to begin your day trip to Cairo. Visit the Pyramids of Giza, the Valley Temple, and the Great Sphinx while exploring how pyramids were built in ancient Egypt and who built the pyramids.
Then head to visit the Papyrus Institute and give a lecture on ancient Egyptian life and papermaking in ancient Egypt.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with delicious Egyptian dishes and Egyptian food tasting at a local restaurant.
Head to the Egyptian Museum, which houses a unique collection of ancient Pharaonic artifacts. Your guide will show you the museum's fascinating exhibits, and you'll then have free time to take photos.
Then transfer to Cairo train station to board the sleeper train to travel to Aswan.
Dinner and overnight on the sleeping pad.

Day 3: Welcome to the Nile Cruise - Visit Aswan - Felucca Sailing.
Breakfast will be served on board the sleeper train.
Upon arrival at Aswan train station, you will be greeted by our professional Nile Cruisers team, including an expert tour guide who will take you on a tour of Aswan, showcasing the highlights of local life and the rich history of the area.
The adventure then begins with a speedboat ride to the stunning Island of Isis, where you will visit the magnificent Temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Next, you will discover the Unfinished Obelisk, a marvel of ancient engineering.
After boarding your Nile Cruise, you will have a delicious lunch and then transfer to a traditional sailing boat (felucca) to sail the Nile River, enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore the Aswan area (weather permitting).
As the day comes to an end, you will return to the Nile Cruise ship for dinner on board and overnight on the Nile Cruise ship.

Day 4: Nile cruise - Visit Kom Ombo Temple.
We begin our fourth day with a delicious breakfast on board the Nile cruise. (For early birds, there is an optional tour of Abu Simbel Temples during this time. Note that this optional tour is an additional cost and comes with a breakfast box.)
At noon, we set sail towards Kom Ombo, to enjoy the beauty of the Nile Valley and have a midday lunch on board the Nile cruise.
Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, you will visit the ancient Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an exceptional historical site that gives you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt.
After the visit, you will return to the Nile cruise ship and sail towards Edfu, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Nile Valley.
Upon arrival in Edfu, you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay on board the Nile cruise.

Day 5: Night River Cruise - Visit Luxor Temple at Night - Luxor.
We start our fifth day with a delicious breakfast on board the Nile cruise ship.
Then we sailed towards Luxor, to enjoy the beauty of the Nile Valley along the waterway.
Lunch will be on board the Nile Cruise where guests will experience our ship crossing the lock in Esna to a lower water level - providing the most amazing views of the Nile River during your trip.
Upon arrival in Luxor, you will have free time to explore the city, the souk or market, and Luxor Temple, an unforgettable experience we know you will cherish forever.
Dinner will be served on board the Nile Cruise before you settle into your onboard accommodation for the night.

Day 6: Luxor Day Trip to West Bank & East Bank - Train to Cairo.
Day 6 begins with a delicious breakfast on board, followed by disembarkation from the Nile cruise. (For early birds, there's an optional hot air balloon ride, which starts early in the morning and is not included in your package price.)
After disembarking from the Nile cruise ship, you will take a tour of Luxor's West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and three royal tombs of ancient Egyptian pharaohs.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit the majestic tomb of King Tutankhamun, Tutankhamun's mummy, and the granite sarcophagus, an experience that very few people have had the privilege of experiencing.
Next, you will visit the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the two colossal Colossi of Memnon.
Next, head to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the Karnak Temple Complex, which includes the Temple of Ramesses III and the Obelisks of Hatshepsut.
At the appropriate time, guests will be transferred to Luxor train station for their flight to Cairo.
Dinner will be served on board the sleeper train with a night plate.

Day 7: Arrival in Cairo -
Breakfast will be served on board.
Upon arrival at Giza (Cairo) train station, you will be met and assisted with transportation to your car with your tour guide for a visit to Old Cairo, also known as Coptic Cairo, where we will visit the Hanging Church, the Cave Church, the Holy Crypt of Jesus, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Stop by one of our local restaurants for lunch.
At the end of the tour, you will visit Khan El Khalili, the oldest market in Cairo and the Middle East, and walk around and feel the atmosphere of Islamic Cairo while drinking a cup of Egyptian tea at the famous Al-Fishawy Café in the Middle East.
Then transfer to the Cairo Hotel to relax and rest, and spend the night at the Cairo Hotel.

Day 8: Transfer to Cairo Airport - Home.
Breakfast at the hotel, assistance with check-out and luggage drop-off.
In due course, transfer to Cairo Airport to return home with fond memories of your Cairo trip.
