Day 1: Welcome to Egypt - Overnight at a hotel in Cairo.
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by a professional Nile Cruiser representative who will be waiting for you (in the pre-immigration area) holding a welcome sign with your name on it.
We will help you smoothly and comfortably obtain an entry visa to Egypt, and then accompany you through immigration, passport control, and baggage claim procedures.
You will then be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in, relaxation at your Cairo hotel and overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Day trip to Cairo around the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum.
Have breakfast at your hotel, then meet your experienced tour guide to begin your day trip in Cairo.
Visit the Giza Pyramids, Valley Temple, and the Great Sphinx to learn about the construction of the pyramids in ancient Egypt and the builders of the Giza Pyramids. Then, head to the Papyrus Institute for lectures on ancient Egyptian life and papermaking in ancient Egypt.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with delicious Egyptian dishes and delicious Egyptian food at a local restaurant.
Take a drive and visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, built in 1902. You'll be taken on a tour where you'll see the most important archaeological collections found in the tombs of the kings and famous temples of ancient Egypt. The museum now houses the largest archaeological collection in the world, representing all stages of ancient Egyptian history.
Then transfer to the Cairo Hotel to relax and rest, and spend the night at the Cairo Hotel.
Day 3: Travel to Aswan - Welcome by cruise - Visit Aswan.
After breakfast at your Cairo hotel or a breakfast box will be prepared (depending on your flight time), check in and meet your driver for transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, you will be greeted by our professional Nile Cruisers team, including an expert tour guide who will take you on a tour of Aswan, showcasing the highlights of local life and the rich history of the area.
The adventure then begins with a speedboat ride to the stunning Island of Isis, where you will visit the magnificent Temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Next, you will discover the Unfinished Obelisk, a marvel of ancient engineering.
After boarding your Nile Cruise, you will have a delicious lunch and then transfer to a traditional sailing boat (felucca) to sail the Nile River, enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore the Aswan area (weather permitting).
As the day comes to an end, you will return to the Nile Cruise ship for dinner on board and overnight on the Nile Cruise ship.
Day 4: Nile Cruise - Visit Kom Ombo Temple.
We start the day with a delicious breakfast on board the Nile cruise ship.
A beautiful day with the nature of Aswan and the Nile Valley.
We sailed to Kom Ombo, enjoyed the beauty of the Nile Valley and had a midday lunch on board the Nile cruise ship.
Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, you will visit the ancient Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an exceptional historical site that gives you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt.
After the visit, you will return to the Nile cruise ship and sail towards Edfu, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Nile Valley.
Upon arrival in Edfu, you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay on board the Nile cruise.
Day 5: Night cruise on the river - Arrival in Luxor.
We start the day with a delicious breakfast on board the Nile cruise ship.
Then we sailed towards Luxor, to enjoy the beauty of the Nile Valley along the waterway.
Lunch will be on board the Nile Cruise where guests will experience our ship crossing the lock in Esna to a lower water level - providing the most amazing views of the Nile River during your trip.
Upon arrival in Luxor, meet your guide to visit Luxor Temple, one of the most important testimonies of the eternity of the Pharaonic civilization, an unforgettable experience that we know you will keep forever (the subject of the tour is to reach Luxor; if there is a delay in arrival, the cruise will visit Luxor the next day).
Dinner will be served on board the Nile Cruise before you settle into your onboard accommodation for the night.
Day 6: Luxor Day Trip - West Bank & Tutankhamun's Tomb - Karnak - Travel to Cairo.
The day begins with a delicious breakfast on board, followed by disembarkation from the Nile cruise. (For early birds, there is an optional hot air balloon ride, which starts early in the morning and is not included in your package price.)
After disembarking from the Nile cruise ship, you will take a tour of Luxor's West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and three royal tombs of ancient Egyptian pharaohs.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to visit the majestic tomb of King Tutankhamun, Tutankhamun's mummy, and the granite sarcophagus, an experience that very few people have had the privilege of experiencing.
Next, you will visit the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the two colossal Colossi of Memnon.
Next, head to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the Karnak Temple Complex, which includes the Temple of Ramesses III and the Obelisks of Hatshepsut.
At the appropriate time, guests will be transferred to Luxor Airport for their flight to Cairo.
Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, we will meet and transfer you to your Cairo hotel with overnight stay.
Day 7: Cairo - Travel home.
Breakfast at the hotel, assistance with check-out and luggage drop-off.
Just in time, transfer to Cairo Airport to return home with fond memories of your trip to Egypt.
